Guest Service Officer

RESPONSIBILITY

• Welcome friends by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• To provide courteous and prompt service and if possible to comply with every friends requests and needs.
• To familiarize themselves with the procedures, facilities and service of the family.
• To sell rooms in a manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with friends satisfaction.
• To ensure all check in and check out are prompt and friends requirements are met.
• To escorts as many friends to the rooms and introduce all facilities of the hotel and the hotel room while rooming the friend.

REQUIREMENT

• Must be an ambassador to Ipoh.
• Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM qualification.
• Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasant personality and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive working attitude and excellent grooming standard.
• Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
• Full-time position (s) available.

Security Officer

RESPONSIBILITY

• Welcome friends by greeting them in courteous, efficient and polite manner.
• Keeping the hotel are secure, safe and orderly.
• Protect the hotel property, friends, visitors and hotel staff including their belongings from any criminal action.
• Patrolling around the hotel area and report any abnormalities observed.
• Familiarize with all emergency procedure and to enforce them when needed.
• Attend to emergencies and maintain safety and order during such incidents.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least minimum SPM qualification .
• Experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit.
• Ex-armed forces personnel encouraged to apply.
• Confident, matured, presentable, pleasant personality and possess good communication skills.
• Positive working attitude, whilst upholding the families rules & regulations.
• Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
• Full-time position (s) available.
