Guests must present valid identification upon arrival for registration. Special requests, such as specific room preferences or extra bedding, are subject to availability. M Boutique Ipoh reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with hotel policies.
Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Requests for late check-out can be made at the front office on the morning of your departure and are subject to availability and/or additional charges.
No, M Boutique is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public areas. A Smoke Elimination Fee of RM200 will be charged to the guest’s account if smoking occurs on the premises.
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and public spaces. There is no limit on the number of devices connected; however, as this is a shared facility, the bandwidth may slow down with more connected devices.
We provide wireless prepaid 4G internet access via a dongle, available on loan. Guests will need to pay a nominal fee for bandwidth, with no markup on charges. Please note that a replacement fee of RM400 will be charged if the dongle is lost.
Yes, we have a self-service gym located on Level 1 of the property. The facility includes an elliptical machine, treadmill, stationary bikes, and free weights. The gym is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Yes, we provide a free self-service laundry facility on Level 1 of our hotel. It includes a front-loading washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing station. Complimentary laundry detergent and softener are also provided. These services are available on an “as is” basis.
We do not provide room service. However, special requests can be made through our adjacent restaurant partner, MYTH Eatery & Bar, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
We do not have a dedicated business center, but we offer an internet station on the first floor for your convenience. If you have any special requests, such as faxing or printing, we are happy to assist. Please note that the internet station is provided on an “as is” basis.
Yes, we provide complimentary car parking behind the hotel. The parking area is open space and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We also have security patrolling the area in the evening for added safety.
Parking in front of M Boutique Ipoh is under the jurisdiction of the Ipoh City Council. If you park there, you will need to purchase a parking coupon for the following days:
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Free of charge
The parking coupons are available in the following denominations:
- RM0.30 for 30 minutes
- RM0.60 for 1 hour
- RM4.00 for a full day
No, M Boutique does not have a swimming pool.
No, we do not have a spa. However, you can find a spa at our neighbor for relaxing treatments.

We do not sell rooms by thematic floors, but rooms are categorized by room type. You can request a specific themed floor, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. Please note that some floors are closed for preventive maintenance on a weekly basis, so we cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.
At M Boutique, we embrace the philosophy of “Be Pleasantly Surprised by the Smallest Things,” and as such, our rooms tend to be smaller compared to most hotels in Malaysia. The approximate sizes of our rooms are as follows:
- Standard Single Room: 13 square meters / 140 square feet
- Standard Queen Room: 15.5 square meters / 166 square feet
- Superior Room: 19 square meters / 204 square feet
- Premier Room: 21 square meters / 226 square feet
- Suite Room: 32 square meters / 344 square feet
- Family Suite Room: 53 square meters / 570 square feet
All sizes are approximate.
Due to our room configuration, we are unable to add an extra bed in the Standard, Superior, and Premier room categories. However, Suites do offer the option to add an extra bed. If you’re looking for a room for 3 persons, we also have Premier Triple Rooms (with a Queen plus Super Single Bed).

You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.
We require a credit card at the time of booking. To avoid a charge of one night’s room rate and tax, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
If you do not provide your credit card details, the reservation is considered NON-GUARANTEED, and we reserve the right to release your room by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Children below the age of 10 stay for free when using existing bedding and are accompanied by an adult. Please note that the maximum number of children allowed in all rooms using existing bedding is 1.

We allow 1 child under the age of 10 to stay for free using existing bedding as an addition to the maximum number of occupants per room.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guests who do not comply with our policies.

- When you check in to M Boutique, we will charge the full room rate to your credit card and take an authorization of RM100 for incidental charges (e.g., mini bar). This amount will be blocked on your card and released by the merchant bank within 5 working days after check-out if no additional charges are incurred.
- We do not accept checks.
Cash Payments:
- We require a deposit for the full room charges and tax, including a refundable RM100 per room for incidental charges such as mini bar.
- If there are no incidental charges, the deposit will be refunded at check-out.
Pets & Durian
As much as we love pets ourselves, we do not allow pets in our hotel for the benefit of all our guests at M Boutique Ipoh.

For the comfort of our guests and to avoid unpleasant odors, durians are not permitted on the hotel premises. We thank you for your cooperation.

We offer various special requests at M Boutique, including room decorations for anniversaries, birthdays, and more. We allow our hotel as a location for Pre-Wedding Photography, but it is limited to one couple from Sunday to Thursday. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage couples to book a Suite for the shoot. Please make sure to book your timeslot directly with us to avoid any issues, as we reserve the right to turn down requests without prior booking.
